摘要
目的 观察不适于手术或放疗的中晚期食道癌25例PPF方案治疗效果,以及症状的改善和毒副作用.方法 采用PPF方案联合化疗.结果 近期疗效PR9例(36%),MR5例(20%),有效率(PR+MR)为14例(56%).结论 本组虽无完全缓解病例,但大多数病人治疗后症状得到不同程度的改善,说明PPF方案的联合化疗对中晚期食道癌仍不失为一种有效的治疗方法.
[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of PPF treatment on 25 cases of middle and late esophageal carcinoma who are not fit to surgery or radiation treatment, including the symptoms improvement and the toxic and side effects.Methods Patients were cured with the union chemical treatments of PPF.Results Recent curative effect PR 9 cases (36%), MR 5 cases (20%), effective rate(PR + MR) 14 cases (56%) . Conclusion In this observation, although there is no complete release case, most patients can get improvement to different extent in their symptoms after the treatment. So we can see that the union chemical treatments by PPF is an effective way to treat the late esophageal carcinoma.
