摘要
汽轮机转子因润滑油系统有杂质或与轴瓦配合不当经常造成轴颈磨损,磨损后通常采取的送厂家修复的措施不仅增加机组检修时间而且又可能发生运输意外,为此,介绍了利用基于国内前沿技术的可移动式半导体全固态激光器和随形加工设备在检修现场快速修复转子轴颈损伤的方法,其工期仅为5天,修复后的检测结果表明其各项指标满足手册要求,并且实际运行参数良好。
For reasons of impurities in the lubricating oil system or improper coordination with bearing bush, the steam tur- bine rotor may be often worn down in the part of axle journal. And it is usually sending back the wearing parts to the manu- factures for repairing which may not only increase overhaul time but also encounter transportation accidents. Therefore, this paper introduces one method for rapidly repairing damages of axle journal of the rotor on the overhaul scene by using movea- ble semiconductor and solid-state laser and processing equipments along with the form based on advanced technology at home and abroad. The time limit of this method is only 5 days, the detection result after repairing shows that each index can meet requirements of brochure and the practical operational parameters are all right.
