摘要
将ADS80数字航空摄影、ALS60机载激光雷达、GPS PPP及区域大地水准面精化等测绘前沿技术融合在一起,对黄河小北干流—三门峡库区进行了1∶10 000地形图测绘,介绍了该测绘项目的作业流程、主要方法和成图精度。与传统航空摄影相比,多种测绘技术的融合改变了野外像控点选点与测量、像片扫描、空中三角加密、河滩地高程注记点野外测量等工序的作业模式,极大地提高了测绘产品的质量和作业效率,减轻了野外作业的劳动强度。
When surveying the 1∶10 000 topographic map in Xiaobeiganliu reach of the Yellow River,we integrated many new mapping technologies together,such as ADS80 digital aerial photography,ALS60 Airborne LiDAR,GPS PPP and region geoid’s refinement.This paper elaborates the project’s work process,main methods and mapping accuracy.Compared to the traditional aerial survey,these new mapping technologies have changed the work mode of many operations,including the selection and measurement of aero-photo control point,aero-photo scanning,aerial triangulation,and survey for elevation annotation points in flood land.And they not only greatly improve the quality and operating efficiency of mapping products,but also reduce the field labor intensity.
