摘要
外伤性白内障是眼球穿孔伤或眼挫伤后常见并发症，亦是眼外伤后致盲的主要原因。且不同于其他类型的白内障，治疗也有其特点。从外伤性白内障的治疗原则、手术治疗优缺点、手术时机及方式选择、手术技巧、人工晶状体植入、手术中特殊问题处理等方面作一综述。主张在严格把握适应证和技术条件许可情况下，对该类患者尽早实行手术治疗，一期修复眼部其他损伤组织，尽量恢复其正常结构，能植入人工晶状体为最优，以便尽快恢复有用视力。
Traumatic cataract is not only one of the complications after ocular rupture or contusion, but also the chief cause of blindness. Because of complexity after ocular traumas, the traumatic cataract is different from other cataract. So the treatment also has its distinctive features. A general overview focuses on the treatment principle of the traumatic cataract, merits and demerits of the surgery, operative time, operative methods and technique, and implantation of intraocular lens. It suggests that the operation should be performed at the earliest. Ocular traumas are repaired in the surgery,which includes as follows: suturing the cleft of cornea and/or sclera, repairing the anatomical construction of traumatic eyes, doing trabeculectomy if glaucoma in the traumatic eye,removing the vitreoas hemorrhage and /or foreign body in vitreous, injecting silicone oil or inert gas into vitreum if retinal detachment, extracting the traumatic cataract and implanting intraocular lens.
