摘要
利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)对不同部位、不同产地的马蓝药材进行红外指纹图谱鉴别研究,找出根、茎、叶的指纹特征及其差异.结果表明:根、茎在1260 cm-1处存在共吸收峰,而叶在此处不存在吸收峰(或者不明显);经一阶、二阶导数光谱,傅里叶去卷积分析后发现有更多的差异峰.不同产地马蓝茎、叶的指纹图谱很相似,但茎与叶平均图谱的相似度有较大差异,10批产地马蓝茎的红外光图谱与茎平均图谱的相似度为94.29-98.72,与叶平均图谱的相似度为85.74-90.90;10批产地马蓝叶的红外光图谱与叶平均图谱的相似度为93.30-97.46,与茎平均图谱的相似度为82.16-89.03.FTIR法具有方便、快速、高效、无污染、前处理简单的优点,可用于马蓝药材的鉴别和质量控制.
Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to process the infrared fingerprints of Baphicacanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek from different parts and habitats. Characteristics and differences between fingerprints were found out from different parts of B. cusia, the roots and stems had common peak at 1260 cm-l where the leaves had not (or not obvious). Analyzed by first derivative spectra, second derivative spectra, derivative spectrum and fourier self deconvolution, more discrepant peaks were found. But the stems or leaves fingerprints of B. cus/a from ten kinds of habitats were very similar. The similarity of average spectrum of stems and leaves were different, the similarity of average spectrum of stems were 94.29 -98.72, which were different from the leav- es's sililarity ( about 85.74 -90.90), the similarity of average spectrum of leaves were 93.30 -97.46, which were different from the stems's sililarity (about 82.16-89.03). This method is simple, rapid, high efficient without pollution and complicated pre-pro- cessing, which provides overall information for the quality evaluation of medicinal material of B. cusia.
