摘要 低碳转型发展是我国经济发展的方向,新疆具有丰富的能源资源,实现低碳科学发展,是摆在新疆跨越式发展面前的一个重要课题。论文运用产业结构演进模型和碳排放—能源消费结构模型对新疆的低碳发展进行了研究,揭示了新疆产业结构演进与一次能源消费、结构耗能之间和能源消费结构与碳排放之间的关系,结果表明:产业机构和能源消费结构是影响新疆低碳发展的重要因素,并据此提出一些政策建议。 A low carbon transformation development is a direction of China economic development. There are rich energy resources in Xinjiang. To realize a low carbon scientific development is an important subject faced to the crossing over development of Xinjiang. A study on the low carbon development of Xinjiang was conducted with the industrial structure evolution model and the carbon emission - energy consumption structure model. A relationship between the Xinjiang industrial structure evolution and the primary energy consumption, structure energy consumption and between the energy consumption structure and the carbon emission was revealed. The results showed that the industrial structure and the energy consumption structure would be the important factor affected to the Xinjiang low carbon development. Thus some policy proposals were provided.
