摘要
从高山红景天、平菇、红缘层孔菌中分别分离出多糖RSA ,AT ,FP .用氯磺酸吡啶法对多糖进行硫酸化修饰分别得到RSASL ,ATSL ,FPSL .多糖硫酸酯的生物活性与硫酸根的含量密切相关 .用离子色谱法测定多糖硫酸酯中硫酸根的含量 ,RSASL为 2 7.7% ,ATSL为 36 .92 % ,FPSL为 37.5 % .与紫外比浊法相比 ,离子色谱法具有准确、简便、重复性好等优点 .
Biological active of polysaccharides sulfate sulfur content.RSASL, ATSL,FPSL,600℃, IC. spectrum method was employed the sulfur content of polysaccharides sulfate. Lineariey accurately reproducibility comparing with IC spectrum method . Polysaccharides RSA,AT,FP respectively isolated from rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor, agaricus tabularis peck., fomes pinicola (Svo.) Cke. Sulfated polysaccharides RSASL,ATSL,FPSL was obtained with chiorosulfonic acid-pyridine. Biological active of polysaccharides sulfate are corresponding to content of SO 4 2- ,. The SO 4 2- content of the RSASL,ATSL,FPSL was found to be 27.7%,36.92%,37.5% respectively, IC spectrum method was employed the content of SO 4 2- of polysaccharides sulfate, Lineariey accurately reproducibility comparing with IC spectrum method.
