摘要
"大跃进"时期,全国范围内在工业界掀起了一场声势浩大的所谓"技术革命"运动。但是,这场运动是在政治挂帅的旗帜下进行的,弥漫着"大跃进"时期的狂热"左"倾气氛,主要依靠发动下层群众的方式,而忽视了技术发展固有的规律。这场运动不仅未促进技术的发展,反而造成了极大的浪费和危害,因此只是一场科技浮夸。而当时错误的知识分子政策,亦是造成"技术革命"运动南辕北辙的重要原因。
During the Great Leap Forward Movement,a large scale movement of the so-called 'technological revolution' was launched in industry throughout the country.However,the movement was carried out under the banner of the politics in command,filled with the Leftist frenzy typical of the 'Great Leap Forward' period.It mainly depended on motivating the lower masses,and unavoidably ignored the law of technical development.As a result,it caused enormous waste and harm rather than promoted the development of technology,so it was just a technological flamboyance.Furthermore,the CCP’s wrong intellectuals’ policy was also a significant reason for the unwanted results of the 'technological revolution'.
