摘要
目的探讨一体化应急救援模式在批量伤员救护中的应用效果。方法将一体化应急救援模式应用于"6.7"事件批量伤员的救护中,并进行总结分析。结果 18名伤员均得到及时分流及诊治,整体救护效果满意。结论实施强调院前急救与院内救护无缝衔接的一体化应急救援模式,可使伤员快速分流、得到及时诊治,提高抢救成功率。
Objective To explore the application effect of integration emergency rescuing mode in the rescue of mass casualties. Methods The implementation of integration emergency rescuing mode was applied to the＂6 - 7＂ event batch wounded in the rescue. Then the rescuing experience of mass casualties was summarized and analyzed. Results All of thel8 wounded were timely triaged and treated,the general rescue effect was satisfactory. Conclu- sion With timely triage and treatment for mass casualties, the integration emergency rescue mode which stressed seamlessly integrated pre-hospital and hospital ambulance contributed to improving the success rate of rescue.
