摘要
通过观察孙海平教练日常训练手段和训练方法进行分析研究,发现他所采用的训练方法手段注重开发和调动大脑中枢兴奋和冲动并迅速传递骨骼与肌肉的作用,并通过轻重、快慢结合等练习,既能增粗肌肉横断面,又能使更多肌纤维参与快速活动,最终达到肌肉快速收缩效益。在发展肌肉力量,改进专项技术训练方面具有一定的科学性和创新性。
By observing Mr. Sun Haiping's daily training, the author analyzed the training means and methods of the coach Mr. Sun. His training methods lay emphasis on developing and activating the central nervous excitement and impulse and the quick transportation of the function of bone and muscle. Through the practice integrating different light & heavy and fast & slow practice, the cross-sectien of the muscle will be increased, And this enables more muscle fibre to join in speedy activity and finally achieve the fast contractive effectiveness of the muscle. This training method has certain scientificalness and innovativeness in developing muscle strength and Lmproving specific technical training.
