摘要
药物合成实验是我校的一门专业核心课,是药物制备实践教学的重要课程,在人才培养中占有重要的地位。本文以阿司匹林实验为例,阐述怎样通过药物合成实验教学,提高学生对合成反应基本原理的理解,加深对各种有机化合物及药物性质的记忆,更好地掌握有机化合物及简单药物的制备基本操作技能。
Medical synthesis experiment is a professional core course in our school as well as an important teaching course in the practice of drug preparation, which also occupies an important position in the personnel training. This paper, taking the synthesis of aspirin as an example, elaborates how to improve the students' understanding of the fundamental of synthetic reaction and their abilities of thinking and innovation, and deepen the memory of the property of organic compounds and drugs so as to better grasp the basic operational skills for the preparation of both organic compounds and simple drugs.
