南水北调东线工程防止钉螺扩散技术研究Ⅲ.湖区拦网防止钉螺扩散效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察湖区拦网防止钉螺扩散效果。方法选择江苏省金湖县高邮湖施尖滩养殖围网水域为试验现场;按照中层取水防螺原理设置湖区拦螺网,同时以普通围网为对照;分别以长5、10、20cm标记芦苇杆和稻壳为模拟漂浮物,在拦网前50m处投放30min后分别观察并计数不同大小标记漂浮物通过拦网和围网的数量。调查湖区养殖围网、钉螺及历史钉螺分布情况,分析养殖围网的防螺作用。结果湖区拦螺网对不同大小标记漂浮物的拦截率均为100%;普通围网对不同大小标记芦苇杆的拦截率也为100%,对稻壳的拦截率为89.50%。近年出现扩散钉螺湖滩濒湖侧均无养殖围网,而有养殖围网的历史有螺湖滩均未出现扩散钉螺。结论湖区拦螺网可有效防止钉螺漂流登陆湖滩扩散,该技术可作为南水北调东线工程防螺技术储备,也可结合水产养殖网的设置防止湖区钉螺扩散。 Objective To determine how effectively netting blocked the spread of Oncomelania snails in lake regions. Methods The aquatic area where a purse seine was used was Lake GaoYou in Jinhu County, Jiangsu Province. Netting was installed to stop Oncomelania snails at the mid-water level. A regular purse seine served as a control. Reeds marked with red paint and rice hulls served as simulated floaters. The marked reeds were cut to lengths of 5 cm, 10 cm, or 20 cm. Simulated floaters were thrown in the lake 50 meters from the seine or netting. The number of simulated floaters of different sizes that passed through the seine or netting was counted after 30 minutes. Previous use of purse seines in the lake area was studied, along with the prevalence/distribution of Oncomelania . The snail-intercepting action of the purse seine was analyzed. Results The netting intercepted 100G of simulated floaters of all sizes. The regular purse seine al- so intercepted 100% of the marked reeds but only 89.50% of the rice hulls. No purse seines were found on shoals or on the lakefront where Oncomelania had spread, and no Oncomelania were found on shoals where purse seines had been used. Conclusion Netting can effectively prevent the landing of drifting Oncomelania in a lake area. This technique can be used as a back-up technique to prevent the spread of Oncomelania in the eastern route of the South-to-North Water Di- version Project. It can also be combined with aquaculture to prevent the spread of Oncomelania in lake areas.
