摘要
从社会选择的视角看,云南边境地区的跨国婚姻,是边民基于跨疆界传统小社会作出的主体性选择。在历史、文化、习俗等非正式制度影响下形成的跨国婚姻社会事实,是跨境边民"习以为常"的日常生活事件。从跨国婚姻的行为结果来看,跨国婚姻在社会控制与主体性选择的冲突中面临明显的制度困境。
The existing research focuses more on the social environment structure of cross-border marriage behavior choice.From the perspective of social choice,cross-border marriage in Yunnan border area is the result of borderers’ subject choice in cross-boundary small traditional society.Under the influence of informal institution,the social fact of cross-border marriage is borderers’ daily life events.At the same time,cross-border marriage is facing institution dilemma obviously in the conflict between social control and subjective choice.
