摘要
大学的职能是随着科技、经济和社会进步不断发展变化的。现代大学的基本职能是培育人才、发展科学和为社会服务。地方综合性大学强化其科学研究职能应坚持科学研究与创造性人才培养、社会服务相结合 ,自然科学与人文社会科学研究相结合 ,基础研究与应用研究、科技成果推广相结合 ,综合建设与重点发展相结合 ,参与国家科研项目与为地方经济服务相结合 ,研究生培养数量与质量相结合。
The function of university changes with the development of science and technology, economy and society. The fundamental functions of the modern university are to train talents, develop science and serve society. The role of academic research in local comprehensive universities is best exhibited by combining academic research with training of creative minds, by combining social sciences with natural sciences, basic research with applied research, the all_round with the key projects, participating national research projects with serving local economic development, the number of graduate students with the quality of their research ability.
