摘要
江泽民的法治思想是对邓小平法制思想的继承和发展 ,是世界法制文明成果的积淀。他从“法制”的单一提法到“法制”与“法治”的同时提出 ,直到提出“依法治国” ,是对“法制”内涵认识的拓展提升 ,体现了“法治”的人民性和广泛性 ,明确了“依法治国”的主体只能且最终是人民群众。
Jiang Ze min's thought of the rule of law has been formulated and developed on the basis of Deng Xiao ping's thought of the legal system ,and is the crystallization of the world legal system civilization.The changes in wording from 'legal system' to 'legal system and the rule of law', and finally 'a country ruled by law', JiangZe min's thought has expanded the understanding of the connotation of the legal system ,reflected the affinity of the rule of law to people and its universality, and made it clear that the main body of the rule by law is people .Only with the people's supervision and extensive participation in the construction of the rule of law can a country become one ruled by law.
