影响正常压力性脑积水V-P分流术疗效的因素分析 被引量：5

摘要 正常压力性脑积水（NPH），又称作交通性脑积水、隐性脑积水，它是指虽然脑积水引起脑室扩大，但是脑脊液压力仍在正常范围内的一类脑积水症候群。NPH仍是临床上的常见病和多发病。目前脑室腹腔分流术（V—P分流术）仍是治疗该病的主要手术方法。尽管分流装置不断改进，但是术后常见的并发症直接关系到手术的疗效与成败。
