摘要
现代大学组织是一个学术性文化复合体,学术文化是现代大学长期的历史演进积淀而形成的产物。一方面,学术文化的冲突和发展,推动现代大学向新的空间发展,学术文化的核心地位决定现代大学发展的方向;另一方面,现代大学的发展从本质上应遵循于学术文化的价值内涵。要正确处理好学术文化和行政文化的关系,秉承学术文化的理性,促进现代大学可持续发展。
The organization of modem university is an academic cultural complex. The academic culture is the outcome formed in the long term historical evolution. On the one hand, the conflict and development of academic culture have promoted the development of modern university in a much more broad space, the direction of modem university development is determined by the core status of academic culture; on the other hand, the development of modem university should abide by the value connotation of academic culture. Therefore, we should correctly handling the relationship between academic culture and administrative culture, adhering to the rationality of academic culture, so as to promote the sustainable development of modem university.
