摘要
目的:为医院开展合理用药管控提供参考。方法:结合医院临床用药的现状,采取PDCA循环的管理方法,制定各种切合医院实际的合理用药举措,并分析实施前后各项用药指标和效果。结果和结论:充分运用计算机信息技术,合理设置临床用药的管控规则,确实能使临床用药更趋合理和安全,从而使医疗质量得到持续改善和提高。
Objective： To provide reference for regulating rational drug use. Methods： By PDCA circle methods and combined with hospital＇s situation, measures promoting rational drug use were implemented and effect was compared before and after implementing information technology. Results and conclusions： Full use information technology and make rational drug use standard can really promote rational drug use and continuous improve medical quality.
