摘要
阐述了科研团队的作用及研究型医院组建护理科研团队的必要性:适应研究型医院发展的需要、培养创新型人才的需要、护理学科发展的需要、护理人才自身发展的需要;分析了目前护理科研工作存在的问题和组建护理科研团队可能遇到的困难:缺乏实践经验、缺乏高水平科研人员、缺乏科研知识结构、科研经费不足;提出了构建护理科研团队的设想:优化人才知识结构提高科研能力、优化科研团队人才结构调动全体护士积极性、优化学术课题框架开展高质量科研课题、优化团队文化内涵倡导团队精神、优化科研团队管理机制使之可持续发展。
The role of research team and the necessity of building nursing research team in research hnspital which can be described as matching the needs of huihting research hospital, training innovation oriented human resources, developing nursing discipline and career dcvelopment for nurses. Problems in nursing research work and building nursing research team such as lack of experience, lack of excellent research staff, imperfeet knowledge structure, lack of research fund are discussed Suggestions on building nursing research team which includes optimizing human resources knowledge structure, improving research capacity, full motivating all nurses＇ enthusiasm, promoting research capacity, improving research team cohesive force and optimizing research team management mechanism are proposed to assure sustainable development.
