摘要
首先分析了生产能力与工时利用率、生产节拍、工作时间之间的关系 ,指出了提高操作者工时利用率、缩短生产节拍的途径 ,从而达到生产能力扩大的目的。简要说明了在生产能力扩大的过程中必须控制库存量、适当提高员工的负荷率。最后介绍了将来生产能力扩大活动的推进方法与步骤 ,并以案例进行分析说明。
This paper,firstly, analyzes the relations of operation and man hour utilization ratio or cycle time or work time, and points out how to raise man hour utilization ratio and how to reduce cycle time in order to grow operation. Secondly, explains briefly that the stock of goods must be controlled and that staff operating road must be suitably raised in the course of growing operation,and, finally,introduces the method and steps of future operation growth (FOG) pursuits, and illustrates them with cases.
