摘要
大学生村官的实施是为了改善农村基层组织结构、推进农村经济社会的发展,同时也为了拓展大学毕业生的就业渠道。作为培养人才的源头,地方高校有责任对大学生村官的教育培养发挥积极的作用。对此进行分析并提出一些相关建议。
Implementation of college students village officials, was to improve rural grass-roots organizations structurer, to promote the development of rural economy and society, also in order to expand the channels of employment of university graduates. As a source of talent,local colleges and universities have the responsibility of college students village official education and training. It carries out analysis on here and submits some relevance suggestion.
