摘要
通过对TA2/316L金属爆炸焊接复合板的结合界面进行金相显微镜、光学显微镜、电子显微镜(SEM)等的测试,依据测试结果研究了界面的力学性能、界面微观组织、界面应力消除工艺。研究结果对爆炸工艺的制定具有较科学的指导意义。
The paper tested the bonding interface metal of TA2/316L clad plate by optical microscopy, optical microsco- py, and electron microscopy (SEM). Then, studied the mechanical properties of the interface, the interface microstructure, interface stress relief process according to the test results. Consequently, the study has scientific significance to make up a explosion process.
