鸡α-干扰素抗传染性法氏囊炎感染试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 选取90只28日龄SPF鸡,随机分为6组,每组15只,分别为干扰素预防组、卵黄抗体组、干扰素与卵黄抗体联合使用高剂量组、干扰素与卵黄抗体联合使用低剂量组、攻毒对照组以及健康对照组。结果表明,当鸡α-干扰素与法氏囊卵黄抗体联合应用时,无论是高剂量还是低剂量,均能产生很好的保护作用。推荐在单独使用鸡α-干扰素抗鸡传染性法氏囊炎病毒感染时可使用1万U/羽的剂量,在与法氏囊卵黄抗体联合应用时,可采用0.5万U鸡α-干扰素+适量法氏囊卵黄抗体,分点进行肌肉注射给药,每日1次,连用3次。 90 28-day-old SPF chickens were randomly divided into six groups, 15 for each group. There were interferon group, egg yolk antibody group,interferon and egg yolk antibody combined with the use of high-dose group and low-dose group,infection group, healthy group. The results showed that, it could have very good protection effect no matter the high and low doses with the combined application between the chicken α-interferon and bursal egg-yolk antibody,so the doses 10 000 U/chicken could be choosed when the chicken α-interferon was used to prevent infectious bursal disease infection,when the chicken α-interferon was used with bursal egg-yolk antibody,the chicken α-interferon 5 000 U/chicken and moderate bursal egg-yolk antibody were used by the way of intramuscular injection ,once one day for 3 days.
