摘要
本文采用气象学、流体力学、风监测技术、公路工程技术、空气动力学及概率论相结合的方法,系统分析研究了新疆公路沿线大风日数分布特征,结果显示:新疆高速公路五横布局中的百里风区强横风区间大风日数在157d^209d,是我国乃至世界高速公路风害最严重的区间之一;阿拉山口风区、三十里风区、达坂城风区强横风区间次之,公路平原绿洲区间的风害最少,年平均大风日数不足10天。在上述工作基础上,采用三级区划指标体系和等概率分区原则,将新疆高速公路沿线风害危险区划分为5个大区,Ⅰ特强重大危险区、Ⅱ强重大危险区、Ⅲ重大危险区、Ⅳ中度危险区、Ⅴ较轻危险区。为制定新疆高速公路风害信息管理技术标准提供科学依据,达到安全高效行车目的,以便有效的提高公路通行能力和服务水平。
Making use of information on windy days from 107 weather stations along the highway in Xinjiang in recent 50 years(1961 ~ 2010),sellecting datas of strong breeze sessions of 57 self-recorded weather stations in 50 years(1961 ~ 2010),one-year monitoring data of 6 elements along the highway(wind direction,wind speed,temperature,humidity,barometric pressure,rainfall) 5 layers(0.15m,0.5m,1.0m,2.0m,4.0m) gradient wind,nearly 10 years'(2001 ~ 2010) monitoring data of 10 gradient wind towers and 30 wind monitoring stations,establishing Xinjiang kilometre wind damage prevention and control information management database,adopting the method of combining meteorology,fluid dynamics,wind monitoring technology,road engineering,aerodynamics and probability theory,systematically analysis and study types,causes and results of winds along Xinjiang Highway,the result shows that: the wind damage in violent wind section of the area's first horizontal cross(totally 5 horizontal crosses) along Xinjiang Highway is the most serious range of wind damage in China and the world's highway.It is follwed by wind damages in violent wind ares of Alashankou wind zone,thirty miles wind area,Dabancheng wind zone.The wind damage in plain oasis intervals of the highway is the least with the average number of less than 10 days of strong winds.Based on the above work,by using the system of three divisions of indicators and the principle of equal probability partition,we devided the risk of wind damage along the highway in Xinjiang area into five major areas,Ⅰ extremely strong wind damage risk zone,Ⅱ strong wind damage risk zone,Ⅲ major wind damage risk zone,Ⅳ moderate wind damage risk zone,Ⅴ less wind damage risk zone,which provide a scientific basis for formulating technical standards for Xinjiang highway's wind damage information management so as to achieve the purpose of safe and efficient driving as well as to effectively improve traffic capacity and service levels of the road.
