摘要
目的探讨厄贝沙坦治疗2型糖尿病肾病对患者血清胱抑素(CysC)的影响。方法选取80例正接受有效降糖治疗的早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分成2组,对照组40例维持原治疗方案,治疗组40例在原有治疗方案基础上加用厄贝沙坦治疗24周,观察所有患者治疗前后的CysC的变化。结果治疗组患者的CysC较前明显下降(P<0.01),而对照组治疗前后CysC无明显差异。结论厄贝沙坦可显著降低早期糖尿病肾病患者的CysC。
Objective To explore the effect of rbesartan on the serum Cysteine C（CysC）level in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods A prospective case-control study of patients with diabetic nephropathy who were ulldel-well glyeemie control,comparing those who had received 24 weeks of Rbesartan（N= 40）to those without Rbesartan （N= 40）. Comparisons were made by measuring the changes of the eysteine-C level serum. Results Rbesartan treated patients had significantly depressed CysC level（P〈0.01） ,while the changes in CysC level of the control group had no statistical difference. Conclusion Rbesartan could lower the serum CysteineC（CysC）level in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
