摘要
目的研究探讨护理管理在院内感染控制中的作用及分析,从而使医院感染率发生降到最低。方法选取来该院住院的患者120例进行研究,根据管理方法不同,分为研究组和对照组,每组60例,研究组患者采用护理管理,对照组患者进行普通管理。分析医院容易发生感染的各种环节及因素,在研究组患者中开展护理监测,加强护理人员的防控感染意识,严格执行各项规章制度,对医院里的物品和环境进行科学的管理,加大医疗废物的管理力度,对照组患者进行常规管理,研究时间为1个月。结果通过各项护理管理制度的实施,1个月后研究组患者医院内的感染得到有效的控制,与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时医院内的护理工作也更加规范了。结论在医院感染的控制中,加强护理管理有重要的作用,医院的领导一定要注意护理管理在控制院内感染的重要性,加强各项规章制度的严格管理,使护理管理在控制医院感染中达到最好的效果。
Objective To explore role of nursing management in control of nosocomial infection, and make nosocomial infection rate to minimum. Methods 120 cases from in-patient department were selected. The patients were divided into research group and control group according to management methods, 60 cases in each group. Research group received nursing management, and control group received general management. We analyzed various factors which were easy produce infection. Nursing monitoring was used for research group. Consciousness of infectious control was strengthened. Rules and regulations were strictly implemented. Materials and environment in the hospital were scientifically managed. Medical waste management was strengthened. Control group received general management, study time is one month. Results Through the implementation of each nursing management system, patients with infection in control group got effective control after one month. Compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Meanwhile, nosocomial nursing work was more standardized. Conclusion During the control of nosocomial infection, it is very important to strengthen nursing management. Hospital leaders should pay more attention to importance of nursing management in control of nosocomial infection. Each rules and regulations should be strictly managed. Nursing management was made to reach the best effect.
