健康教育路径对手术室患者健康知识及满意度的影响

摘要 目的探究针对手术室的患者应用健康教育路径护理干预,对于健康知识及护理满意度产生的影响。方法选取2011年3月—2012年10月该院手术室行手术的84例患者,并随机均分成2组,分别包含42例。针对对照组的患者用传统方式进行护理,而观察组则于常规护理基础上,外加健康教育方法对围术期患者实施干预。手术后对所有患者相关知识的了解程度及护理满意度进行比较。结果对照组掌握健康知识78.57%,对护理满意程度88.10%;而观察组患者健康知识掌握度95.24%,对护理满意程度是100.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对于手术室患者进行健康教育路径干预成效显著,不仅增加患者对于健康知识的认知度,还能促进医患关系,提高护理工作满意度,建议临床广泛推广应用。 Objective To explore health education path in patients in the operating room nursing intervention, the satisfaction effect for health knowledge and care. Methods Select in March 2011 -- in October 2012, the hospital operating room line operation, 84 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly and contains 42 cases respectively. For patients in the control group with traditional approach to care, while the observation group based on the conventional nursing, and health education methods to intervene perioperative patients. After the operation of all patients' understanding of the relevant knowledge and nursing satisfaction. Results In control group mastery of health knowledge was 78.57%, 88.10% satisfaction with nursing care; While the observation group of patients 95.24% health knowledge to master degree, the nursing satisfaction degree is 100.00%, two groups compare differences statistically significant, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Health education path for surgery patients intervention is effective, not only increased patient awareness about health knowledge, also can promote the doctor-patient relationship, improve nursing work satisfaction, suggested that clinical extensive application.
