摘要
目的掌握华北战区部队部分餐饮单位餐(饮)具卫生状况,提出改进措施,确保广大官兵饮食卫生安全。方法选择部分营区内餐饮单位进行抽样,按照GB14934-94餐(饮)具消毒卫生标准规定的纸片法采集样品,对检测结果进行评价。结果餐(饮)具消毒整体合格率为83.92%。部队自身保障餐饮单位餐(饮)具消毒合格率高于社会化保障餐饮单位,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论华北战区部队部分餐饮单位餐(饮)具存在消毒不合格的情况,应采取多种措施提高部队餐(饮)具消毒合格率,进一步加强对社会化保障餐饮单位的监督管理。
Objective To investigate sanitary situation of food utensil in part of troops of northern China and to propose some useful methods in order to ensure the safety of officers and soldiers diet.Methods Samples from kitchens of part camps were evaluated by the standard of GB14934-94 paper disk method.Results The total qualified rate of the food utensil was 83.92%.The qualified rate of the food utensil in the canteens served by soldier was better than that in the canteens served by public,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01).Conclusion Food utensil in part of the canteens of northern China was unqualified.Some measures should be taken to improve the qulified rate of food utensil and reinforce supervision of the canteens served by public.
