摘要
文章采用氧化锆气相色谱仪,对高纯氮中的氢气、氧气、一氧化碳、甲烷及总碳等微量杂质进行了分析,这种仪器具有高灵敏度、高选择性、一次进样多组分同时分析的特点,在配备镍催化转化系统下,还可分析高纯氮中总碳含量。
Described that the impurity contents of hydrogen,oxygen,carbon monoxide,methane and total carbon in high purify nitrogen,which are tested by zirconium oxide gas chromatograph.The instrument has the characteristics of high sensitivity,high selectivity,simultaneous multicomponent analysis.And the content of total carbon in high purify nitrogen can be analyzed by using a nickel-based catalyst system in the instrument.
