摘要
钪是一种稀土元素,它具有高熔点、高电阻、高生成热、低蒸汽压、多晶转变温度高等特性。这些特性决定了其良好的耐高温(1500℃)性、耐高温强辐照、高温绝缘性好、还原稳定性高和抗高温等离子溶蚀性等优点。虽然钪元素昂贵的价格限制了其应用范围,但其优异的性能决定了它在航空航天、石油化工、高温合金、半导体等领域具有不可替代的作用。
Scandium shows high melting point,low vapor pressure,higher electric resistivity,and no phase transformation up to very high temperature.These characteristics determine its good heat-resistant(1500 ℃),high temperature irradiation resistant,high temperature insulation,high thermal stability and high resistance to high-temperature plasma corrosion.Although the high price of scandium limited the area of its application,its excellent performance make it a candidate for potential application in the aerospace,petrochemical,superalloy,semiconductor and other sophisticated areas.
