摘要
首先,复合轮齿机构是一种实用新型机构。其次,针对复合轮齿机构在复合轮齿式气体压缩机应用中出现的"不完全内压缩",提出了在大齿边增加一个中齿,同时将后一个大齿槽前的全部小齿削低齿高的解决措施以实现"完全内压缩";通过齿廓曲线的设计保证压缩机高速运转时的平稳和可靠、高低压气体间不串通、不泄漏或回流及尽量形成较小面积的泄漏三角形;从结构设计上提出解决排气速度偏高的问题。
