摘要 [目的]研究分析大叶海藻的化学成分。[方法]采用MCI柱层析和半制备液相等方法从大叶海藻提取液中分离得到7个化合物,利用核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)等波谱方法对其结构进行鉴定。[结果]经鉴定可知7个化合物分别为bis(2-methylpropyl)ester(1)、2-cyclohexene-1-acetic acid(2)、calycosin(3)、baicalein(4)、wogonin(5)、24-hydroperoxy-24-vinyl-cholesterol(6)和fucosterol(7)。[结论]化合物4和化合物6为首次从该植物中分到。 [Objective] To analyze the chemical constituents of Sargassum pallidum.[Method] Extract of Sargassum pallidum were extracted by ethanol and the chemical constituents were isolated and prepared by MCI chromatography and semipreparative HPLC,the structures were evaluated by spectroscopic evidences.[Result] Seven constituents were separated and identified as bis(2-methylpropyl) ester(1),2-cyclohexene-1-acetic acid(2),calycosin(3),baicalein(4),wogonin(5),24-hydroperoxy-24-vinyl-cholesterol(6) and fucosterol(7).[Conclusion] Baicalein and 24-hydroperoxy-24-vinyl-cholesterol were isolated from Sargassum pallidum for the first time.
