摘要
机械制造问题一般是在给定加工曲面的条件下,求加工此曲面的工具形态和工具相对工件的运动。工具廓面在作相对运动中形成的廓面族包络应为理想工具表面,故求工具形态与求相对运动本质上是求包络的反问题。通常将求工具形态这类反问题称之为逆包络问题。本文提供了求工具形态常用的几种方法,并介绍了它们的应用。
The problem of the mechanical manufacture is usually to solve the tool shape of the camber and the motion of the tool to the workpiece under the working camber is given. The envelop of the outline surface family should be the ideal surface of the tool through the outline surface of the tool moving reletively. So its essence is the opposite problem of the envelop in solving the tool shape and the relatively motion. The type of the opposite problem usually is called the inverse envelop. This paper gives several methods of solving the tool shape and introduces its application.
