摘要 心电图是临床诊断急性心肌梗死最重要和最基本的检测方法,快速、准确地判读急诊心电图是临床医师实施介入治疗及进一步后续诊断检查的基础。介入治疗与磁共振成像等影像学的迅速发展使心电图在急性心肌梗死的定性、定位、风险及预后评估等方面的价值进一步提高和拓展。该文结合冠状动脉解剖、冠状动脉造影及心脏影像学的相关研究,对12导联心电图诊断急性心肌梗死罪犯血管的定位诊断研究进展予以综述。 Electrocardiography(ECG) is the most important and basic way to diagnosing acute myocardial infarction,and rapid and accurate examination of emergency ECG is the basis of diagnosis,intervention and further diagnosi of clinicians.The rapid development of percutaneous coronary interventions and magnetic resonance imaging gives ECG a further enhancement and expansion in identifying,locating,risk and prognosis evaluating of acute myocardial infarction.Here is to make a review of the value and meaning of diagnosis for the culprit vessels in patients with acute myocardial infarct by standard 12-lead ECG from the perspectives of studies of coronary artery anatomy,coronary angiography and cardiac imaging.
