服装用织物屏蔽效能测试方法-屏蔽箱法的探讨

摘要 基于电磁波的屏蔽原理,采用一种新的测试织物电磁屏蔽效能的方法-屏蔽箱法,对增重率不同的化学镀银聚酰胺6织物进行测试。结果表明:发射源与人的距离可以用发射源与屏蔽材料的距离来模拟;织物屏蔽效能随着镀层增重率的增加而提高,提高到一定程度后屏蔽效能值趋于稳定;材料性能的变化可以用屏蔽箱法测试的数据直接反映;这种测试织物屏蔽效能的方法经济有效,且测试结果具有较好的重复性。 Based on the theory of shielding against electromagnetic radiation,a new device by shield box was designed to test electromagnetic shielding effects of polyamide 6(PA6) fabrics that had been treated by electroless plating with silver by varying the weighting percentage.The results indicated that the distance between the radiation source and person could be simulated by the distance between the radiation source and the shielding material.The fabric shielding effects increased with the increase of the weighting percentage,but when to a certain extent they tended to be stable,which meant that the test data obtained from the shield box can directly reflect the change of fabric performance.This shield box method is cost-effective and has good reproducibility.
