摘要
电引火元件是电雷管的主要部分,电引火元件的结构直接影响了电雷管的性能。电引火元件有弹性和刚性2种结构,刚性结构更加优越。电路板式刚性电引火元件中电路板与钢带有类似的刚性结构,且不易受潮生锈。利用电路板这种结构及特性代替现有电雷管中弹性电引火元件。通过试验,选择镍铬桥丝直径和间距,来满足电阻要求,对研制的药头进行电参数测定,并进行性能测试、装配试验。结果表明,电路板用于制造电引火元件是可行的。
Fusehead is a main portion of the electric detonator, whose structure directly affects the performance of the electric detonator. Fusehead has two structures, flexible and rigid, and the latter exhibits more advantages. The rigid fuse- head with printed circuit board presents similar rigid structure to the steel strip, and it is less likely to damp ntst. Depen- ding on this structure and characteristics of the printed circuit board, the flexible fusehead of the existing electric detonators is replaced. Nickel-chromium bridge wire diameter and pole pitch were adjusted by experiments to meet the requirements of resistance, and electrical parameters determination of the developed fusehead was carried on. The results show that it is practical for the printed circuit board being used to manufacture fusehead.
