摘要
胀管法是在非开挖条件下通过破碎已有旧管道来更换一个直径与之相等或更大的新管道的施工方法。以深圳市兴南路(龙城路—华明路)污水管道改造工程为例,介绍胀管法的工作原理和流程,重点分析胀管法在实际应用中必须加以重视的土壤膨胀、管材选择、拉力计算、坡度控制、管道划伤等技术问题,并结合本工程探讨了胀管法的优点与存在的问题,为胀管法在排水管道更新与改造工程中的合理利用提供参考。
Pipe-bursting is a trenchless technology construction method used for replacing a ex- isting underground pipe with a new pipe of equal or larger diameter. Through the case study on the sewer reconstruction project of Xingnan road in Shenzhen (Longcheng road to Huaming road), this paper introduced the principles and major construction process of pipe-bursting method. In addi- tion, this paper also analyzed everal technical problems in pipe-bursting operations including soil swelling, pipe material selection, pull forces analysis, slope control, and scratch of new pipes. Fi- nally, this paper also studied the advantages and existing problems of this method, which would of- fer references for the proper application of pipe-bursting method on sewer pipe replacement and re- construction.
