摘要
目的制备非那雄胺分散片,考察其体外溶出特性。方法以崩解时限为主要指标筛选处方,采用正交设计进一步优化处方,确定辅料的最佳用量。结果按优化处方制备的非那雄胺分散片,崩解较快,分散均匀性好,体外溶出度符合规定。结论按本处方和工艺制备的非那雄胺分散片片面美观,质量稳定,其处方合理,工艺简单,适合工业化生产。
Objective To prepare Finasteride Dispersible Tablets and study the characteristics in vitro dissolution. Methods With the disintegration time as the main index to screen the prescription of Finasteride Dispersible Tablets and took orthogonal design to further optimize the prescription to determine the optimum amount of exeipients. Results Finasteride Dispersible Tablets were prepared according to the optimized prescription can disintegrate quickly and disperse well. It also had a higher dissolution speed. Conclusion The experimented dispersible tablets had a beautiful appearance, stable quality, reasonable prescription and simple progress. So it was fitting to industrial production.
