摘要
文中介绍了继电器-接触器控制系统中的工作过程分析方法的一种新的改进方式——符号分析过程法,配合实际案例在分析各种控制线路的原理图时,用改进的符号分析过程法来代替原来的用电器的文字符号和箭头,配以少量文字来说明线路工作原理的方法。这种方法的文字说明显得清晰,简明易懂,使得它用于教学是极为适合的。而且在分析过程中可以突出的显示各电器动作的先后顺序,易于洞查线路中触点的竞争现象和后果,易于查找飞弧短路的原因,能发现并处理线路出现的故障,并提出对线路的改进措施。
This paper introduced a new improved method called symbolic analysis process method in the working process analysis methods of relay-contactor control systems. Combined with actual case, when analysis of various control circuit principle scheme, this article used improved symbolic analysis process method to replace the original electrical sym- bols and arrows, adding few text to explain the working principle of the line. The textual description of this method is clear, easy to understand, making it extremely suitable for teaching. And during the analysis it can show the action order of the electric, it is easy to check the competition phenomena and consequences of line contract, and easy to find reasons for arcing short circuit. It can find and deal with the faults in line, propose improvement measures for the line.
