摘要
目前太阳能电池板价格偏高、转换效率低,直接制约了太阳能发电的迅速发展,如何提高太阳能发电系统的效率成为摆在人们面前的一个重要问题。为了提高并网逆变器的效率,文中分析了一种改进空间矢量调制模式,即不连续开关调制模式(DSVPWM),并制作出6 kW并网逆变器样机;通过Matlab仿真及样机测试结果,可以看出DSVPWM易于实现且具有优越性。
At present , the high price of solar panels and the conversion efficiency directly restrict the rapid develop- ment of solar power. How to improve the efficiency of PV Gri&eonnected system is becoming an important problem. In or- der to improving the efficiency of grid;connected inverter, the DSVPWM(Discontinuous Vector PWM) is analysized in this paper, and we produced a 6 kW grid-connected inverter prototype for testing. The feasibility and advantages of the DSVP- WNM are verified by Matlab simulation and experiment results.
