摘要
提出了一种露顶式平面钢闸门结构的优化方案,减小了面板朝外闸门所受浮力,减轻了结构总质量,降低造价的同时提高了止水橡皮的寿命。通过有限元计算更精确地对闸门各部分应力进行分析,实现闸门结构的进一步优化设计。
A structural optimization project for plane steel gate will be raised in this document, which will reduce the buoyancy of the outward panel gate, reduce the total weight of the structure and reduce the cost, at the same time, improve the life of the rubber sealing. Then by using the finite element calculations, the more accurate stress analysis for each part of the gate will be done, in order to further optimize the gate structure.
