摘要
探讨梳棉机分别加装梳针分梳板、锯齿分梳板对涤纶纱质量的影响。分别对两种分梳板在四档隔距条件下所纺T 14.3 tex纱的条干和单纱强力进行了测试。结果表明:梳针分梳板隔距为0.3 mm时,涤纶纱的条干和细节改善较好;隔距为0.5 mm时,涤纶纱的粗节和强力改善较好;隔距为1.0 mm时,涤纶纱棉结改善较好。锯齿分梳板隔距采用0.7 mm时,有利于成纱条干、单纱强力和常发性纱疵的改善。在刺辊下加装两种分梳板相比,锯齿分梳板更有利于提高涤纶纱的质量。几种方案中,以锯齿分梳板采用0.7 mm隔距方案最有利于涤纶纱总体质量的改善。
Effect of installing needle combing plate and sawtooth combing plate in carding machine on polyester yarn quality were discussed. Evenness and single yarn strength of T 14.3 tex yarn were tested in condition of adopting two kinds of combing plate and four gauges. The result shows that evenness and thin places of polyester yarn can be improved better when needle combing plate gauge is 0.3 mm, thick places and strength of polyester yarn can be improved better when the gauge is 0.5 mm, neps of polyester yarn can be improved better when the gauge is 1.0 mm. Yarn evenness, single yarn strength and frequent yarn defects can he improved well when gauges of sawtooth plate is 0.7 mm. Contrasting the two kinds of plate, polyester yarn quality can be increased better when adopting sawtooth combing plate. In the above cases, the whole quality of polyester yarn can be improved best when adopting O. 7 mm gauges of sawtooth combing plate.
