摘要
以西安市城市建设用地作为研究对象,选取1990-2010年近20年的有关数据,利用建设用地扩展速度指数、扩展强度指数和扩展弹性系数,研究了西安市建设用地扩展变化特征;运用单因素法系统考察了人口、经济发展水平及产业结构调整等因素对建设用地扩展的关系,并建立数学模型分析了这些影响因素对于建设用地扩展的影响。结果表明:在过去20年里,西安市建设用地扩展经历了低速发展、稳定发展和快速发展三个阶段;影响西安市建设用地扩展的主要驱动力为非农业人口增加、经济发展和产业结构调整。
By taking Xi＇an urban construction land as a research object and selecting the relevant data from 1990 to 2010, this paper adopts construction land expansion velocity index, expansion strength index and expansion elastic coefficient to make re- searches on the temporal and spatial variation of construction land expansion in Xi＇an, applies the single factor method to investigate the relationship among the factors of population, economic development level, industrial structure adjustment and construction land expansion, and builds a mathematical model to analyze the driving factors of these factors on the expansion. The results show that the construction land expansion of Xi＇an in the past 20 years has gone through the three stages of low - speed, stable and rapid development, and the main factors which influence urban construction land expansion of Xi＇an are economic development, non - agricultural population growth and industrial structure adjustment.
