摘要
"智慧城镇"是"智慧城市"的延伸。建设智慧城镇不仅可以提高城镇化质量,引领未来城镇发展方向,还可以呼应"智慧城市"建设,带来低碳、绿色、可持续发展的社会经济发展新模式,形成智慧"城、镇"交融发展的新局面。目前智慧城镇发展面临资金、技术、人才、行政权力和顶层设计等方面的瓶颈,可通过延续智慧城市建设部署、实施ASP服务外包、建立体制机制架构体系等措施得到有效解决。
