摘要
分析了油气润滑系统的硬件组成和控制要求,构建了以PLC和PC为核心的油气润滑控制系统。实现了对供油量与供油周期的精确控制,并且可对油压、气压等关键信息的实时监控,完成了下位机、上位机和上下位机通信程序的设计。样机已在实验室进行测试实验,结果表明,系统运行稳定可靠,人机交互功能友好。
The construction and the control requirements of the oil-air lubrication system is analyzed, a new electrical control system of oil-air lubrication system is developed with PLC and PC in this paper. The fuel supply and the lubrication cycle of the oil-air lubrication can be Control accurately and the pressure of the system can be monitored, the software of lower computer and host computer is programed. The prototype is carried on in the laboratory, the result shows that the prototype is stable and reliable, and with a friendly man-machine interaction.
