摘要
《至正条格》中解读较难的有吏员公牍体句式,SOV句式和引语句式。吏员公牍体句式具有半文言半白话的特点,而且有四字、六字的独特节拍,还有些固定的句型。SOV(硬译体)句式中主要成分的顺序与蒙古语一致,蒙古语中的格及一些附加成分也被硬译成汉字。引语句式不仅有蒙古语的特点,有时还兼有蒙汉句式混用的情况。
The problems difficult to interpret in Legal Documents from Zhizheng include problems of official document sen- tence pattern, SOV sentence pattern, and citation sentence pattern. The official document sentence pattern has the features of semi-classical Chinese and semi-colloquial Chinese, and it has the unique four-character and six-character beat. Also, it has some fixed sentence patterns. The order of the main elements in the sentence pattern of SOV rigid translation style is in line with Mongolian. The case and some adjunct elements are rigidly translated into Chinese characters. The citation sentence pattern has not only the features of Mongolian but also the features of mixed usage of Mongolian and Chinese sentenc~ natt^rn~
