摘要
用二羟甲基二羟乙基乙烯脲作交联剂,制备了一种新型聚乙烯醇(PVA)水凝胶。用红外光谱仪和数字旋转黏度仪对其黏度性能作了表征。通过对不同反应条件下的反应产物进行性能分析,确定出了最佳配方比,并通过对最优化方案在粗盐和CaCl2的盐溶液体系中进行实验并测试其黏度变化,可知,聚乙烯醇/二羟甲基二羟乙基乙烯脲体系适用的粗盐浓度范围。
A poly (vinyl alcohol) hydrogel was prepared dihydroxy ethylene urea as cross - linking agent . The spectrometer and digital rotational viscometer techniques. product under different reaction conditions to determine by coupling poly ( vinyl alcohol) with dimethylol viscosity of the hydrogel was tested by Infrared Through the performance analysis of the reaction the best formula and experiment in Coarse salt and CaC12 salt solution system optimization program and test its viscosity changes concluded that system of PVA / dimethylol dihydroxy ethylene urea applies the range of coarse salt concentration.
