摘要
以二甲基二氯硅烷和间苯二炔丙基醚为原料,通过格氏反应合成了结构新颖的含硅芳炔醚树脂,改变配比,制备了不同分子量的树脂,采用红外光谱,核磁共振氢谱表征其结构,利用差示扫描量热和热失重分析了固化树脂的热性能。结果表明含硅芳炔醚树脂在常温下为黏性液体,可溶于大多数常见的有机溶剂;在氮气中热失重5%温度(Td5)为440℃,空气下Td5为430℃,具有良好的耐热性。
A novel Silicon-Containing Dipropargyl ether resin(DPRMS)was synthesized by Grignard reaction with dimethyl dichlorosilane and Dipropargyl ether of resorcin as raw materials.A series of DPRMS resins with different molecular weights were prepared while the reactants proportions changed.The structure of DPRMS was characterized by IR and NMR.The thermal performance was analyzed by DSC and TGA.The results showed that DPRMS is a kind of sticky liquid at ambient temperature and could dissolve in common solvents.The cured resin possessed excellent high temperature-resistance properties with respect to the decomposition temperatures at 5% weight loss(Td5) 440℃in N2and 430℃in air,respectively.
