摘要
介绍了永磁同步电机的直接转矩控制策略,在此基础上设计出一种基于DSP的矿井提升机永磁同步电机的直接转矩控制系统。该系统以空间电压矢量(SVM)策略为控制基础,通过SVM产生定子的预期电压,并且采用PI控制器代替传统直接转矩控制中的滞环比较器。以TI公司的TMS320F2812型DSP作为核心处理器,能够对电机实施平稳调速和实时控制。
It is to introduce the PMSM’s direct torque control strategy,and to design a DSP-based PMSM direct torque control system for the mine hoist.With the SVM strategy as its control basis,this system is to generate the expected stator voltage through SVM,and to substitute the traditional hysteresis comparator in the direct torque control with PI controller.With TI Company’s TMS320F2812 DSP as its core processor,it is capable of stable speed regulation and timely control of the motor.
