摘要
针对中小型加工制造企业中存在的问题,利用物联网核心技术ZigBee及RFID设计了车间管理系统。实际应用表明,该系统能够对车间工作环境进行实时监测,同时可以提高工人工资结算效率,对中小型加工制造企业的规范化管理具有一定作用。
According to the investigated problems of workshop production environment and employee wage settlement in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,it utilizes the advantages of the Internet of things technology,it designs a workshop management system that can provide guarantee for the safe production in the factories and improve the efficiency of wage settlement. Moreover,discusses the design program of the system and further utilizes ZigBee technology to design the hardware circuits and corresponding software for the system. The tests show that the system can work properly and has great significance for standardized workshop management in small and medium-sized enterprises.
